2021 Budget
The Middletown Township Board of Supervisors adopts an annual budget to guide spending over the course of the year. Middletown Township’s budget document received the Government Finance Officers Association (GFOA) Distinguished Budget Presentation Award for the second time in 2020, making it among less than 1% of local governments in Pennsylvania with the distinction. Because of its strong financial management, Middletown Township earned a triple-A bond rating from Moody’s in 2019.
The 2021 Budget proposes a balanced General Fund of $22.3 million in revenues and expenditures, and $7.1 million in proposed capital improvement projects.
