Welcome to Middletown Township!

Thank you for choosing to do business in Middletown Township. Please review this New Business Welcome Packet with your business' management to help your business stay connected to our community.

All new businesses will need a Use & Occupancy Permit, which can be obtained by filling out a Building & Zoning Permit Application. You will also need a fire and building inspection. If your business is new and has no existing locations or branches within Middletown Township, you will need to apply for a Business License. For more information on the permitting process, please contact the Department of Building and Zoning at 215-750-3800.

Businesses are also encouraged to list themselves on the Business Directory on this website.

For more information, please contact Township Manager Stephanie Teoli Kuhls.
