Registration is required for all programs. Register in person at the Municipal Center, Monday through Friday 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM.

Make checks payable to Middletown Township. Your cancelled check is your receipt. We will notify you if there are any changes or cancellations.

Refunds
Because the decision to hold classes is based on enrollment, refunds for recreation programs will be processed upon request in accordance with the following policy:
- Full refunds/credits will be issued if Middletown cancels a program.
- No refunds will be issued after a program begins.
- All refund requests must be received in writing before the program start date.
- Participants assume the risk of changes in personal affairs or health.
- Refunds will not be issued for trips.
- Please allow for 6 to 8 weeks to process refunds.
- Please be advised, that in accordance to Middletown Township’s Resolution #19-42R, all refund checks that are not cashed or are lost will be subject to a $35 service charge to re-issue. If the check is less than $35, the amount will be forfeited.
