Board of Supervisors
The Board of Supervisors is the governing body of Middletown Township. The Board is empowered with the legislative functions of enacting ordinances and resolutions, adopting an annual budget, levying taxes, making financial appropriations, awarding bids and contracts, and making appointments to volunteer boards and commissions. There are five members, each elected by the community to serve staggered six-year terms. Unless noted otherwise, meetings of the Board of Supervisors generally occur on a Monday at 7 PM.
