Land Developments

According to the Pennsylvania Municipal Planning Code (MPC), land developments include the improvement or construction of residential and non-residential buildings and the subdivision of parcels.

The Middletown Township Planning Commission reviews all land development projects before the projects come before the Middletown Township Board of Supervisors.

Below is a list of land development projects under review in Middletown Township.  Residents have the opportunity to comment on land development projects when they are on the agendas of the Planning Commission and Board of Supervisors.
