Proposed Ordinances

The Middletown Township Board of Supervisors establishes ordinances to enact legislation within the Township.  Ordinances can range from regulations on the construction and maintenance of property to policing.  Collectively, our ordinances establish a quality of life for residents and a structure for our government.  Once enacted by the Board of Supervisors, ordinances are cataloged into the Middletown Township Code of Ordinances.

As required by the Pennsylvania Second-Class Township Code, all ordinances considered by the Board of Supervisors are advertised for public review and feedback.  Below is a list of proposed and enacted ordinances.

The Middletown Township Board of Supervisors enacted Ordinance #25-01 at the February 18, 2025 meeting.

Read Ordinance #25-01.

The Middletown Township Board of Supervisors will review the proposed ordinance at the April 7, 2025 meeting.
