Middletown Township is requesting proposals from qualified firms to conduct a streamlined organizational and operational assessment of the Township’s Public Works Department.
The assessment will focus on identifying practical opportunities to improve service delivery, staffing alignment, workflow, supervision, technology use, fleet and equipment planning, and budget and capital planning. The Township is seeking clear, achievable recommendations and a realistic implementation plan.
Questions regarding the RFP must be submitted by Monday, July 20, 2026. Proposals must be submitted via email by Monday, August 3, 2026, to Stephanie Teoli Kuhls, Interim Township Manager, at steoli@middletownbucks.org.
