On Monday, June 13, the Board of Supervisors proclaimed June as Pride Month.

Pride Month is an opportunity to prevent discrimination and promote acceptance and inclusion of all, and to support the development of harmonious and respectful relationships amongst all members of our community.

The Middletown Township Board of Supervisors created a Human Relations Commission in 2020 to defend the diversity of our gender and sexual minority communities and expresses a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in our organization and our community.

The Pride Flag is being displayed at the Middletown Township Municipal Center during the month of June in expression of our support for inclusion, safety, and acceptance of members of the LGBTQ2S+ community. Middletown Township is proud to encourages and support the Celebration of June as LGBTQ2S+ Pride Month.
