Snow Emergency Declared; Municipal Building Closed Monday, February 23

Middletown Township has declared a Snow Emergency effective Sunday, February 22 at 12:00 p.m. through Monday, February 23 at 12:00 p.m.

During the Snow Emergency, residents are reminded that vehicles must be removed from Township streets to allow snow plows and emergency vehicles to operate safely. Travel is strongly discouraged unless absolutely necessary.

The Middletown Township Municipal Building will be closed on Monday, February 23.

Additionally, Waste Management will be closed on Monday, February 23, and all trash and recycling services will be delayed by one day for the remainder of the week.

Volunteer Fire Companies & Emergency Medical Services

Middletown Township is served by four volunteer fire companies. These dedicated volunteers keep the community safe from fires and other emergencies. Each fire company seeks individuals who want to give back to the community, whether by serving as a firefighter or aiding in administrative tasks.  Apply to join one of our local volunteer fire companies today!

The Penndel-Middletown Emergency Squad is the emergency healthcare provider for Middletown Township and neighboring communities. They have volunteers as well as full-time professionals who provide emergency medical services on a 24-hour basis. Their crews are equipped to provide treatment for cardiac events, trauma and injuries, and other serious and minor medical emergencies while provide transport to medical facilities.
