Snow Emergency Declared; Municipal Building Closed Monday, February 23

Middletown Township has declared a Snow Emergency effective Sunday, February 22 at 12:00 p.m. through Monday, February 23 at 12:00 p.m.

During the Snow Emergency, residents are reminded that vehicles must be removed from Township streets to allow snow plows and emergency vehicles to operate safely. Travel is strongly discouraged unless absolutely necessary.

The Middletown Township Municipal Building will be closed on Monday, February 23.

Additionally, Waste Management will be closed on Monday, February 23, and all trash and recycling services will be delayed by one day for the remainder of the week.

Thank you for your cooperation as our crews work to keep Middletown Township safe and moving throughout the winter storm. Please continue to monitor Township communication channels for updates and stay safe.

Request for Public Information 
Open Records Act 3 of 2008

Act 3 of 2008 is Pennsylvania's Right-to-Know Law. On April 8, 2008, the Middletown Township Board of Supervisors adopted Resolution 08-14 which establishes the procedure by which the Township of Middletown will address requests made to it for records under the Right-to-Know Law.

To request access to a public record of the Township of Middletown, your written request should be made in one of the following manners:

By Mail, Express or Overnight Delivery:
Address your request to Township Manager, Open Records Officer, Middletown Township, 3 Municipal Way, Langhorne, PA 19047

By Courier or Hand Delivery:
Deliver your request in a sealed envelope to Township Manager, Open Records Officer, Middletown Township, Office of the Township Manager - Second Floor, 3 Municipal Way, Langhorne, PA 19047. Offices are open Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, excluding holidays.
