Kessler brings nearly two decades of engineering, project management and municipal experience to the position. During that time, he has worked closely with Township departments, staff, administration and elected officials to support engineering projects, address resident concerns and help plan for the Township’s future needs.

“Isaac brings a unique combination of technical expertise, leadership and a strong understanding of Middletown Township to this role,” said Township Manager Christopher Hoffman. “Upon meeting Isaac, it became clear how valuable his perspective and familiarity with the Township would be in this expanded role within our organization. I look forward to working alongside him as we continue moving important projects and initiatives forward for Middletown.”

“Isaac already knows Middletown extremely well,” said Middletown Township Board of Supervisors Chairperson Bernadette Hannah. “For years, he has worked alongside our staff, Board and residents and has developed a strong understanding of our community and its needs. We are excited to welcome him to the Township team in this expanded role.”

“Having worked with Middletown for several years, I’ve had the opportunity to get to know the community, its residents and so many of the employees who work hard for the Township,” said Kessler. “That familiarity makes me even more excited to officially join the team. I look forward to bringing my experience and skill set to this new role and continuing to find ways to make a positive impact in Middletown.”
