Middletown Township Declares Snow Emergency
Effective Saturday, January 24, Middletown Township has declared a Snow Emergency due to the forecasted winter storm.
Residents are asked to review the following important information to help keep roadways clear and ensure public safety:
What You Need to Know
No Parking on Township Streets
All vehicles must be removed from Township streets during the Snow Emergency. Vehicles parked on the street will be ticketed to allow snow plows and emergency vehicles to safely access roadways.
Travel Strongly Discouraged
Residents are encouraged to avoid travel unless absolutely necessary while conditions remain hazardous.
Snow Removal Operations Underway
Public Works crews will be actively treating and plowing roadways throughout the storm. Removing vehicles from the street allows crews to work efficiently and helps keep roads passable for emergency responders.
Middletown Township appreciates the cooperation of residents as we work to manage storm conditions safely. Please continue to monitor Township communication channels for updates.
Stay safe and stay warm.
