Holiday Trash Collection Changes & Township Office Schedule

Trash Collection Changes – New Year’s Day (Thursday, Jan. 1)
There will also be no trash collection on Thursday, January 1. Collection will be delayed by one day:

  • Thursday’s collection → Friday, Jan. 2
  • Friday’s collection → Saturday, Jan. 3
Township Holiday Office Schedule
Middletown Township offices will be closed on Thursday, January 1 for New Years Day and reopen on Friday, January 2 at 8:30 AM.
In the event of an emergency, please dial 911.

Christmas Tree Disposal
Christmas trees are picked up on residents’ collection day throughout the month of January.  Make sure all of the decorations and lights are removed.  Do not place trees in plastic bags.

Thanksgiving Trash Collection Schedule Change

Middletown Township reminds residents that there will be no trash, recycling, or yard waste collection on Thursday, November 27 in observance of the Thanksgiving holiday. Waste Management will operate on a one-day delay for the remainder of the week.

Residents should follow the adjusted schedule below:

  • Thursday collection will take place on Friday, November 28

  • Friday collection will take place on Saturday, November 29

If you experience any issues with trash, recycling, or yard waste collection, please contact Waste Management directly.

Residents may use the MY WM App or call 1-800-255-8479.
When calling, please use the key phrase: “Middletown Township – Bucks County.”
