Middletown Welcomes New Building Inspector, Mike Quinn

Middletown Township is pleased to welcome Mike Quinn to the Building & Zoning Department as the Township’s newest Building Inspector.

Mike brings over 25 years of construction experience to his role and is a Union Carpenter by trade. His career includes 11 years with the City of Philadelphia, where he spent nine years overseeing trades inspection and contractor compliance, and two years supervising the carpentry shop for PhilaCOR, a job-training program within the Philadelphia Prison System.

Before joining Middletown Township, Mike also gained facilities management experience with U.S. Facilities, Inc., supporting the Philadelphia Prisons System. He holds six ICC certifications, including Building Inspector/Plans Review, Accessibility, Mechanical, Plumbing, and Energy Inspector, reflecting his commitment to upholding high standards of safety and compliance.

Mike brings a wealth of hands-on knowledge, leadership, and professionalism to the Township’s Building & Zoning team. His work will support the department’s mission to ensure safe, high-quality construction and responsible community development throughout Middletown Township.
