Holiday Trash Collection Changes & Township Office Schedule

Trash Collection Changes – New Year’s Day (Thursday, Jan. 1)
There will also be no trash collection on Thursday, January 1. Collection will be delayed by one day:

  • Thursday’s collection → Friday, Jan. 2
  • Friday’s collection → Saturday, Jan. 3
Township Holiday Office Schedule
Middletown Township offices will be closed on Thursday, January 1 for New Years Day and reopen on Friday, January 2 at 8:30 AM.
In the event of an emergency, please dial 911.

Christmas Tree Disposal
Christmas trees are picked up on residents’ collection day throughout the month of January.  Make sure all of the decorations and lights are removed.  Do not place trees in plastic bags.

Honoring Martin Luther King Day

The Middletown Township Municipal Center will be closed on Monday, January 20, 2025, in observance of Martin Luther King Jr. Day. We encourage residents to honor Dr. King's legacy by reflecting on his contributions to civil rights, justice, and community service.

Regular municipal operations will resume on Tuesday, January 21. Incase of an emergency please dial 911.
