Holiday Trash Collection Changes & Township Office Schedule

Trash Collection Changes – New Year’s Day (Thursday, Jan. 1)
There will also be no trash collection on Thursday, January 1. Collection will be delayed by one day:

  • Thursday’s collection → Friday, Jan. 2
  • Friday’s collection → Saturday, Jan. 3
Township Holiday Office Schedule
Middletown Township offices will be closed on Thursday, January 1 for New Years Day and reopen on Friday, January 2 at 8:30 AM.

Christmas Tree Disposal
Christmas trees are picked up on residents’ collection day throughout the month of January.  Make sure all of the decorations and lights are removed.  Do not place trees in plastic bags.

Used Tire Collection Event

The Department of Public Works is hosting a Used Tire Collection Event on Saturday, December 6, 2025, from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Public Works Building, 700 Veterans Highway, Levittown, PA. This event offers residents a responsible way to dispose of old tires for a small fee.

📍 Drop-off Location:

700 Veterans Highway
Levittown, PA 19056

Fees:

  • Passenger cars & light trucks: $2.00 per tire (up to 10 tires), $4.00 per tire after that
  • Rim removal: $2.00 per tire
  • Large truck & equipment tires: $6.00 per tire

🔹 Proof of residency is required.
