Holiday Trash Collection Changes & Township Office Schedule

Plan ahead for adjusted trash collection on Christmas Day (Dec. 25) and New Year’s Day (Jan. 1), plus the Township’s holiday office closure schedule.
 
Trash Collection Changes – Christmas Day (Thursday, Dec. 25)
There will be no trash collection on Thursday, December 25. Collection will be delayed by one day:

  • Thursday’s collection → Friday, Dec. 26
  • Friday’s collection → Saturday, Dec. 27

Trash Collection Changes – New Year’s Day (Thursday, Jan. 1)
There will also be no trash collection on Thursday, January 1. Collection will be delayed by one day:
  • Thursday’s collection → Friday, Jan. 2
  • Friday’s collection → Saturday, Jan. 3

Township Holiday Office Schedule
Middletown Township offices will be closed December 24–26 and will reopen Monday, December 29 at 8:30 AM. The building will also be closed on Thursday, January 1 for New Years Day.

Middletown Township Seeks Residents for Boards & Commissions

Are you a dedicated Middletown Township resident looking to get more involved in your community? Serving on a Township board or commission is a meaningful way to contribute, share your perspective, and help shape decisions that impact Middletown’s future.

Middletown Township is currently accepting applications from residents interested in volunteering on its various boards and commissions. These groups play an important role in advising the Board of Supervisors and Township staff on matters related to planning, development, environmental stewardship, community programs, and overall quality of life.

Residents from all backgrounds are encouraged to apply. Whether you bring professional expertise or simply a strong interest in your community, your voice matters.
