The Middletown Township Municipal Building will be closed Monday, May 25, 2026, in observance of Memorial Day. Normal business hours will resume Tuesday, May 26, 2026. Waste Management trash, recycling, and yard waste collections will be delayed by one day the week of May 25, 2026.

Middletown Township, Bucks County (population 46,000), has an exceptional career opportunity for a proven leader to be the next Director of Finance. The township seeks a dynamic individual who will thrive in a varied, fast-paced, and team-oriented environment. Successful candidates will possess the following skills: proven management and interpersonal skills, strong customer-service orientation, superior communication and leadership skills, and experience presenting to boards and interacting with a variety of stakeholders.

Bachelor’s degree in public or business administration, finance, accounting or related field and a minimum of five (5) years’ supervisory experience in municipal finance management, budgeting, accounting, payroll, revenue collection, and fiscal and tax reporting. Master’s degree preferred.

• Six-time recipient of the Distinguished Budget Presentation Award by the Government Finance Officers Association (GFOA)
• 20-time recipient of GFOA Certificate of Achievement for Excellence in Financial Reporting for Comprehensive Annual Financial Report.
