Holiday Trash Collection Changes & Township Office Schedule

Trash Collection Changes – New Year’s Day (Thursday, Jan. 1)
There will also be no trash collection on Thursday, January 1. Collection will be delayed by one day:

  • Thursday’s collection → Friday, Jan. 2
  • Friday’s collection → Saturday, Jan. 3
Township Holiday Office Schedule
Middletown Township offices will be closed on Thursday, January 1 for New Years Day and reopen on Friday, January 2 at 8:30 AM.
In the event of an emergency, please dial 911.

Christmas Tree Disposal
Christmas trees are picked up on residents’ collection day throughout the month of January.  Make sure all of the decorations and lights are removed.  Do not place trees in plastic bags.

Thanksgiving Holiday Trash Schedule

Township offices will be closed on Thursday, November 25th and Friday, November 26th for the Thanksgiving holiday.  In the event of an emergency, please dial 911.

There will be no trash collection on Thursday, November 25, 2021, in observance of Thanksgiving.  For residents whose trash is regularly collected on Thursdays, trash will be collected on your next scheduled collection day, Monday, November 29th.  Double trash, up to 20 containers, may be put out for collection on Monday, November 29th. Collection on any other day will not be interrupted.  To report a collection issue to Waste Management, please call 1-800-255-8479, and state you are from "Middletown Township, Bucks County."
