The Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority (SEPTA) will be phasing out paper tickets on all its systems beginning on Friday, October 2, 2020.  Anyone who has already purchased single trip and ten-trip paper tickets will still be eligible to use them until the expiration date stamped on the reverse of the ticket.  Riders will be able to utilize the electronic SEPTA Key card to pay for fares and ride on the Regional Rail.
