Memorial Day Hours and Trash Schedule

The Middletown Township Municipal Building will be closed Monday, May 25, 2026, in observance of Memorial Day. Normal business hours will resume Tuesday, May 26, 2026. Waste Management trash, recycling, and yard waste collections will be delayed by one day the week of May 25, 2026.

Middletown Township is proud to announce that it has received the Distinguished Budget Presentation Award from the Government Finance Officers Association (GFOA) for its annual budget. In addition to this prestigious honor, the Township received Special Recognition for Long-Range Financial Operating Plans, highlighting the Township’s commitment to thoughtful and sustainable financial planning.

The GFOA’s Budget Awards Program includes over 1,700 participants across North America. Middletown’s recognition places it among the leading communities committed to excellence in financial governance.
