Planning Commission Meeting Update – December 3
The S/LD #25-6 – Taco Bell application originally scheduled for review at tonight’s Planning Commission meeting has been postponed. The applicant is expected to appear before the Planning Commission in January 2026.
The following application scheduled for the Middletown Township Planning Commission meeting on Wednesday, December 3 has been postponed:
S/LD 25-10 – Take 5 Oil – Newport Plaza Pad Site – 4565 New Falls Road
Because of this postponement, the application will not move forward to the Board of Supervisors meeting on December 15 as previously anticipated.
A new date will be announced once it is confirmed.
