K9 Jester is a three year old Belgian Malinois and German Shepard mix who was purchased by the gracious donations collected by the Middletown Community Foundation. He is certified in Patrol and Explosive Detection and is assigned to Officer Stephen Andrews. This K9 team trained diligently for 33 weeks in order to achieve the dual-certification and have already hit the streets.
