Cheyenne Keen is our new Animal Control Officer. Her office responds to complaints received regarding household pets and their owners. She is responsible for enforcing violations of PA State Dog Laws and Township ordinances that prohibit dogs running at large, animal noise control, unlicensed dogs and unvaccinated dogs.

When an owner cannot be located or identified, dogs are taken to the Bucks County SPCA. You should check with the Bucks County SPCA to see if your dog or cat has been found. You can reach the SPCA at (215) 794-7425.
The Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture, has a web site where you can get additional information regarding Pennsylvania Dog Laws. Information on Middletown Twp. Ordinances pertaining to animals can be obtained from the ACO.
Pennsylvania State Law requires all dogs aged three months or older must be licensed and have a current rabies vaccination. Licenses are issued by the county treasurer.
